I recommend looking away unless you enjoy cozy things πŸ™ŒπŸ» Major Fall vibesπŸπŸ‚ I made this the other day on a rare rainy morning in San Diego and it was an absolute dream. I made this with turmeric, warming pumpkin spice, oat milk, hot water, and pumpkin puree. The lions mane mushroom coffee I added is totally optional, but is definitely a great way to kickstart your day. Omit the coffee if you want a caffeine-free cozy drink.

Adaptogenic Pumpkin Spice Latte

Recipe:
- 1 cup hot oat milk
- medjool date
- 2 tbsp organic pumpkin puree

- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice (I really love the blend from Penzey’s)
- a dash of turmeric
- 1 packet @foursigmatic lions mane mushroom coffee (optional)

- 1/4 cup hot water


Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour into your favorite mug. To get fancy, add some star anise pods and some extra pumpkin spice and swirl with a fork🌟
