Can you tell we have been loving breakfast bowls lately? We have been obsessed with adding our vegan collagen boosters to our yogurt bowls. If you add any of our sweeter blends, like cacao calm or our vanilla vegan collagen creamer, they add some sweetness to your vegan yogurt. If you opt to not add in anything to change the taste, we love adding in our original vegan collagen support blend for the added beauty benefits.*

Our collagen-boosting and cacao yogurt bowl is incredibly simple but still packs in all the tastiness of a chocolate pudding cup. You'll start off with your yogurt of choice. We recommend a plain or unsweetened blend so that way our cacao calm's flavors really shine through without any needed sugars. You'll add in a scoop of our cacao calm vegan collagen support blend and mix it together using a normal spoon. 

What is incredibly about our cacao calm vegan collagen support blend is that it has more than just the normal collagen-boosting ingredients our other blends have.* It has cacao and ashwagandha!

What is the benefit of ashwagandha anyways? Ashwagandha is a herb that is classified as an adaptogen. Adaptogens are herbs that help our bodies respond to external stressors. They’re known for their health benefits, especially when ingested as a supplement, powder, or extract. Ashwagandha in particular has long been used to manage stress and ease anxiety and has been used for over 3,000 years as a staple in Ayurvedic medicine. Ashwagandha has also been linked to potentially help with hair loss too.* In combination with our amla berry extract and ashwagandha, our blends have beauty benefits can help support your hair's natural beauty.* 

As for its benefits on hair health, amla is rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A, and antioxidants. We like adding banana, chocolate chips, and peanut butter to make a snickers bar in a bowl. You can also top it with things like almond butter, coconut whipped cream, or agave.
