If there is one thing I learned from Parks & Rec, it's to treat yo self. I'm someone who loves greens for breakfast, but also loves dessert anytime. What to do? Spirulina mint chip smoothie for breakfast! It's delicious, but also helps give your body a gut boost to start the day which = happy skin. Win!
